Team news for Dundee United game

Last updated : 20 September 2004 By David Worton
Clyde travel to take on SPL side Dundee United with several key players missing. Eddie Malone and Scott Wilson are both cup-tied, after playing for St Johnstone and Airdrie United respectively, earlier in the tournament. Also set to miss out for Clyde, is experienced defender Gary Bollan who is still injured, meaning Clyde are extremely short of defensive options.

On the plus side, Darren Sheridan came through Saturday's game with Hamilton unscathed and should start. Craig Bryson should also return to the side, possibly in place of Michael Marsiglia, although Alex Walker is also pushing for a place.

Dundee United are without Tony Bullock who suffered a broken collarbone in Saturday's 4-2 defeat at Motherwell. He will be replaced by ex-Tottenham player, Lars Hirschfield. Ex-Clyde star Karim Kerkar has a thigh tear, but would have been cup-tied in any case, so he also misses out, as do Paul Ritchie and Scott Paterson. Andy McLaren is set to start as Ian McCall has promised to ring the changes following Saturday's match.

Tomorrow's match kicks off at 7:45pm and the prices are £12 for adults and £7 for concessions.
