Today's team news

Clyde today travel to Airdrie United, keen to keep their place at the top of the division. After a hard-fought draw last week against St Mirren, Clyde need to start picking up three points away from home, with a win against the Diamonds.

Young Craig Bryson, who signed a new contract this week, is set to be fit after going off early last week. Gary Arbuckle however, will miss out with a shoulder injury. There could also be a place in the starting eleven for Aaron Conway, with Arbuckle's place on the bench being taken by either Kevin Bradley or Stuart Balmer.

Airdrie meanwhile have one worry, Stephen McKeown is suffering from flu and could struggle to make it in time.

This season, the teams have met twice already and there have been two common factors. The first, is that Airdrie United have had a man sent off early in each game and the second is that in both games, Aron Wilford has netted the opener. In that first match, Clyde went through to the next round of the League Cup after a hard fought 1-0 win, but in the second an Airdrie side with 12 players missing came to Broadwood and left with a 2-1 victory, the only defeat Clyde have suffered in the league to date.

It should be a cracker. Come on the Clyde!!!
