Ten-man Montrose earn draw
Montrose overcame an early double blow to secure a 1-1 draw against Hyde.
The Gable Endies had defender Stephen McNally dismissed for deliberate handball and John Sweeney netted from the resulting penalty after just eight minutes.
Despite their numerical advantage, the visitors struggled to apply much pressure on the home side, although full-back Gavin Brown did fire just over the bar from long range.
The hosts managed to claw their way back into the match and got a deserved equaliser 14 minutes after the break.
Striker Scott Johnston brought the ball under control in the area before steering home from 12 yards to level the scores.
Sweeney saw a late long-range free-kick sting the palms of Sandy Wood in the hosts' goal.
